Good reasons to write
- A loaf went wrong. Say which recipe, your dough temperature, and what you saw: the crumb, the height, how the dough felt. A photo of the crumb says more than a description.
- Something here is wrong. If a number, a time or a claim does not match what you know, tell us, with a source if you have one. Corrections go into the site and the app.
- An idea. A pot the calculator does not know, a recipe you want, a feature for the app.
Before you write
- Your bakes, feeds and notes live only in your browser, so we cannot see, restore or move them. Use the backup file in the app’s Journal tab to keep a copy.
- The troubleshooting page answers the most common questions straight away.
- Replies can take a few days.
